Cliffside Contemplation | Poem

On a rugged cliff a lone man stands,
Gazing across the seas, whose tempest commands.
Dark clouds gather like a brooding host,
Nature’s fury summoned with a storm to boast.

The wind, such a a maestro, conducts the symphony,
Waves rise and fall in chaotic harmony.
The thunderous applause, frightening might,
Nature’s tempest in an awe-inspiring sight.

The storms within are subtle and sly,
A cyclone of thoughts brewed in the sky.
Emotions are swirling like leaves in the gale,
Our hearts, the vessel of this this inner tale.

Clouds of doubt and lightning of fear,
A storm unseen, yet undeniably near.
The soul, tossed on waves of introspection,
A temptress within, breaking a connection.

Prepare, oh, prepare for the storms ahead,
Strengthen the spirit, seek where courage is bred.
For life’s tempests, both within and without,
Demand resilience and there’s no room for doubt.
